Quick Jo connects buyers and sellers. Buyers look for services within various categories. Sellers, meanwhile, are the people offering those services. They create Micro Jobs that buyers pay for.

Creating Your Seller Profile
First, you will need to create your seller profile. Your profile is how you present yourself to the community. You are encouraged to present yourself in a professional manner.
Creating Your MJob (Micro Job)

 

Your MJob is the service that you sell on Quick Jo. Creating your MJob is an opportunity to show off your talent and provide buyers with all the information they need to help them decide to do business with you.To list your micro job, simply just click on the button “post mjob” button right on top of the website. You can list as many jobs as you like. Ad images or videos to support your listing. There’s also an option to add extras.

 

Once your job has been submitted, it will stay pending for approval. This may take up to 24 hours. once approved, your list will be active for buyers to view and purchase.

 

Getting Paid
Everything is done via Quick Jo. Once you’ve submitted the job and client has approved, your funds will be released in to your Quick Jo account. you may only withdraw if you have a minimum of R200 available. This will be transferred to your South African Bank account following a 7 day clearance.

 

Buying on Quick Jo

 

Here are the 7 Easy Steps To Find A Freelancer:

Use Quick Jo to search and find the services based on your goals and budget. Once you’ve found a service you’d like to order, click the job.

 

  • Check out the freelancer’s work samples.

 

  • Check out the feedback from buyers like you.

 

  • Choose the package that best fits your needs.

 

  • Contact the freelancer with any questions to make sure they are aligned with your expectations. You may also send custom orders with your budget to the freelancer and they will respond either accepting or declining your order or will send a new offer for your approval.

 

  • Once you’ve placed your order with the freelancer, the freelancer will start with the project. Payments are made upfront either via eft or card and funds will be kept with Quick Jo until freelancer delivers the job.

 

  • Once the job has been delivered, you may at this stage either accept or request revision.

 

  • Once accepted, you will be required to review the freelancer and the funds will be released to the freelancer.

It all depends on you. The time you have available, the dedication and how responsive you are. Quick Jo was built to accommodate for both full-time and part time Freelancers.

It’s free to join Quick Jo.  There is no subscription required or fees to list your services. You keep 80% of each transaction, i.e Quick Jo charges 20% commission on sales.

Quick Jo is very flexible. In the beginning its all about learning about the marketplace and finding your feet, then you can decide for yourself what amount of work you want to do.

you set your pricing anywhere from R50 – R5000 and offer extras if required.

To circumvent the risk of not being paid on time (or at all), Quick Jo’s projects include Payment Protection. This means that all invoicing and payments happen through us. Once you complete a buyer’s order, the money is transferred to your Quick Jo account.  You may then request withdrawal and the funds will be transferred to your South African Bank Account supplied by you.  No need to chase clients for payments.

You have the option to pay by credit/ debit card or do an electronic funds transfer (EFT) to Webcube Media Technology the owner of the website.   You  can also pay with your credits in your Quick Jo account if you have available.

If you are not happy with your delivery, you can always ask the seller for revisions. You can also resolve any further issues with your order through our Resolution Center.

Within the MJob page, you will see a “Contact Me” button. We recommend contacting your seller before placing your order, especially if you have specific requirements.

You may send a custom order to the freelancer together with  your budget and the freelancer may either accept or decline or send you an offer with a new price for your approval.
