Quick Jo Empowers entrepreneurs to connect with pros who can help them do more with less. Quick Jo match the people looking for a service with the most suitable providers. It offers a communication system which allows buyers and sellers to discuss directly and receive the notification whenever they have new messages. Thus, they can constantly communicate until the ordered Job is finished.

Quick Jo aims to bring satisfaction to both buyers and sellers. Once a seller finishes his Job and delivers to buyer, the buyer can choose to accept the work and change the status of the Job to Order Finished, then he can write a review for that seller. If he is not happy with the job, he may send a dispute request to admin.

For Buyers, Quick Jo helps them monitor all Jobs easily. Sellers can change the status of a Job (active, pause or archived) based on his schedule. When a Job is paused, it won’t be available for orders, so he won’t be overwhelmed with the workload and can also keeps his reputation.

Creating Your Seller Profile
First, you will need to create your seller profile. Your profile is how you present yourself to the community. You are encouraged to present yourself in a professional manner.

Your Service is the skill that you offer to sell on Quick Jo. Creating your Service is an opportunity to show off your talent and provide buyers with all the information they need to help them decide to do business with you. You can list as many jobs as you like. Ad images or videos to support your listing. There’s also an option to add extras.

Once your service has been submitted, it will stay pending for approval. This may take up to 24 hours. once approved, your list will be active for buyers to view and purchase.

Getting Paid
Everything is done via Quick Jo. Once you’ve submitted the service and client has approved, your funds will be released in to your Quick Jo account. you may only withdraw if you have a minimum of R500 available. This will be transferred to your South African Bank account following a 7 day clearance.

  • How much does it cost

    It's free on Quick Jo

    There is no subscription required or fees to list your services. You keep 80% of each transaction, i.e Quick Jo charges 20% commission on sales.

  • How much time do I need to invest

    Quick Jo is very flexible

    In the beginning its all about learning about the marketplace and finding your feet, then you can decide for yourself what amount of work you want to do.

  • How do Set my Prices

    Any reasonable price

    You set your pricing anywhere from R50 – R5000 and offer extras if required.

  • How do I get paid

    Quick Jo’s projects include Payment Protection.

    To circumvent the risk of not being paid on time (or at all), Quick Jo’s projects include Payment Protection. This means that all invoicing and payments happen through us. Once you complete a buyer’s order, the money is transferred to your Quick Jo account.  You may then request withdrawal and the funds will be transferred to your South African Bank Account supplied by you.  No need to chase clients for payments.

Here are the 7 Easy Steps To Find A Freelancer:

Use Quick Jo to search and find the services based on your goals and budget. Once you’ve found a service you’d like to order, click the job.

  • Check out the freelancer’s work samples.
  • Check out the feedback from buyers like you.
  • Choose the package that best fits your needs.
  • Contact the freelancer with any questions to make sure they are aligned with your expectations. You may also send custom orders with your budget to the freelancer and they will respond either accepting or declining your order or will send a new offer for your approval.
  • Once you’ve placed your order with the freelancer, the freelancer will start with the project. Payments are made upfront either via eft or card and funds will be kept with Quick Jo until freelancer delivers the job.
  • Once the job has been delivered, you may at this stage either accept or request revision.
  • Once accepted, you will be required to review the freelancer and the funds will be released to the freelancer.
  • How do I pay

    We accept online payments

    You have the option to pay by credit/ debit card or do an electronic funds transfer (EFT) to Webcube Media Technology the owner of the website.   You  can also pay with your credits in your Quick Jo account if you have available.

  • What if I'm not happy with my deliver

    You can ask for revision

    If you are not happy with your delivery, you can always ask the seller for revisions. You can also resolve any further issues with your order through our Resolution Centre.

  • How do I contact seller before I place my order

    from the Freelancer Profile

    Within the Freelancer profile, you will see a “Contact Me” button. We recommend contacting your seller before placing your order, especially if you have specific requirements.

  • What if I have specific requirements that is not offered in the description

    Request a custom offer

    You may send a custom order to the freelancer together with  your budget and the freelancer may either accept or decline or send you an offer with a new price for your approval.
